Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing anchors. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive experience with our services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Subscription Cancellation by User:
- Users can cancel their Subscription to the Platform at any time.
- For monthly & quarterly subscriptions: User must cancel at least 3 days before their next billing date to avoid charges for the next month.
- For annual subscriptions: User must cancel at least 30 days before their next billing date to avoid charges for the next year.
2. Refunds:
- Monthly & Quarterly Subscriptions: No refunds will be provided for any cancellations, regardless of whether User utilized the Service during the active Subscription period.
- Annual Subscriptions: User may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the billing cycle. After the first 30 days, no refunds will be provided. For refunds granted within the initial 30 days, only 11 months of the Subscription fee will be considered for the prorated refund calculation.
- Refunds issued for any Campaign will be credited as Credits to your anchors account. These Credits will expire two years from the date of issuance.
- Any funds not utilized during a Campaign will be converted into Credits and will remain valid for the duration of your active Subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation by Platform:
- Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's subscription at its sole discretion if the User breaches the platform's terms and conditions or for other significant reasons.
- In cases of such cancellations, the User may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of their subscription, unless the cancellation was due to a violation of the platform's terms, in which case no refund will be provided.
4. Trial Period Cancellations:
- User on a trial access can cancel their access at any time without any charges. If User does not cancel before the trial period ends, User will be charged according to the Subscription they selected during the trial sign-up.
- Any credits during the trial access will only be available within that period and not after the access ends.
5. Modifications to Service & Prices:
- Platform's prices for its Subscription plans are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Notice may be provided at any time via email or the Service itself.
- Platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. The company shall not be liable to User or third parties for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Please note that this cancellation and refund policy applies only to purchases and subscriptions made directly through the anchors platform. If you purchase our products through third-party platforms or resellers, please refer to their respective refund policies.
